This instructor-led, hands on lab course is intended Individuals wishing to learn or obtain certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM 2016) Customization and Configuration. The primary audience configures and customizes Dynamics CRM by using the tools available in Dynamics 365 (CRM).
