Pros:
This course is very helpful to understand the MS Dynamics for CRM - Customizing and Configuration. The course material were also lucid and instead of being to a different technological background I am able to complete the assignments easily. They have very good infrastructure set up for the course.
Comments:
Jeff and Ed were extraordinary in helping us to understand MS Dynamics for CRM. They also explained many other scenarios relevant to our project and demonstrated with some live examples. All members of E-tek centers were very courteous.
